Heather Dunand picked up her award for the National ladies development player of the year after the national cup finals at Herne Bay - well done to Heather. This was the second year in a row that an Ely player picked up this award.

Max Dunand has been selected to represent England in the European under 17s championships to tbe held in Geneva from the 4th - 11th September. Well done to Max and good luck.

The calendar has finally been updated with the latest dates for the EC, National and Jubilee Cup tournaments per Brian's email so check your diaries against it, please. The new dates are for selected players only. Brian's email has details.

Apologies if the calendar has been a bit flakey lately, I'm just recovering from having a bit of a fight with the website as some code limits had been reached causing the calendar to become corrupted (just after I had finished putting all the dates on and tried to save it, I laughed so much).

Several Ely players are in the initial England squads for the European Championships later this year.

Max Dunnand is in the boys under 17s where 12 boys will be trying to get into the final 8 to play in Switzerland.

In the Ladies Seniors Hannah Barrow is one of 10. In the Ladies under 18s Ely are well represented in the initial 13 with Hannah Barrow, Hattie Ford, Emily Barrow, Vicky Moffat, Kirsty Moffat and Heather Dunnand all included hoping to make the final 8 for the Championship in Spain.

Calendar has been updated to version 5 of the fixtures sheet.

Big news is that the Inters 2 Ely Green HOME GAME has changed date from 9th April to 27th February. Please Note!!!

Also the venue for the Minors Div 2 game on 26 March has changed.

I've just updated the calendar to comply with version 4 of the Fixtures List so please check your dates again.

You may have noticed the note regarding regular Saturday training being cancelled at Paradise Sports Centre - there will be adhoc matches, details of which will be advised as they occur.

There is now an updated Fixture list available.

I've updated the calendar to match and there are several changes so please check your dates. It doesn't appear to be available on the ECRHA website yet but when it is I'll put a link to it at the top of the calendar.
